Back in 2016 after working as a High School Athletic Director and Physical Education teacher for ten years, Greg decided to pursue a career in commercial real estate. He started his commercial real estate career with a locally owned and operated commercial real estate brokerage and property management company. During his four years with this company, he focused on multi-family acquisitions, leasing of the portfolio retail and office vacancies, and assisting with the management of the multi-family portfolio. Since joining AREA, Greg has continued to manage multi-family properties and assist clients as a full-service commercial real estate broker.

Greg has 5 years of experience in the real estate industry. Most of his experience has been in multi-family sales and property management. In addition, Greg has experience in retail and office leasing, handling numerous transactions including coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, creative office spaces, and industrial locations.
