Ryan represents sellers, buyers, and tenants guiding them through each transaction.
Back in 2016 after working as a High school Athletic Director and Physical Education teacher for ten years, Greg decided to pursue a career in commercial real estate. He started his commercial real estate career with a locally owned and operated commercial real estate brokerage and property management company. During his four years with this company, he focused on multi-family acquisitions, leasing of the portfolio retail and office vacancies, and assisting with the management of the multi-family portfolio. Since joining AREA, Greg has continued to manage multi-family properties and assist clients as a full-service commercial real estate broker.
